How much does RichAutomate cost in 2026?+
As of June 2026, RichAutomate charges no platform, setup or monthly fee — you pay usage only. On Client Pay it is about ₹0.10 per message plus Meta's own per-message rate. On SaaS Pay it is ₹1.20 per marketing message and ₹0.30 per utility or authentication message, inclusive of Meta charges. Every new account gets a 14-day trial and 100 free credits.
Does the RichAutomate AI chatbot support my own AI provider?+
Yes. The AI chatbot is bring-your-own-key (BYOK), so you can connect OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or a self-hosted model and pay your AI provider directly. It supports retrieval over your own knowledge base with PDF and TXT ingestion, plus in-flow AI nodes inside the visual flow builder.
Is RichAutomate built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API?+
Yes. RichAutomate runs entirely on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API (v24). That means your WhatsApp Business number, verified business name and approved templates remain owned by your Meta Business Manager and stay portable if you ever move between providers.
Can agencies bill their own clients on RichAutomate?+
Yes. RichAutomate supports dual billing. With Client Pay, Meta charges flow directly to each client's wallet and you add a per-message service fee of about ₹0.10. With SaaS Pay, you bill clients an inclusive INR rate and RichAutomate bills you wholesale. Both run from one multi-tenant dashboard with itemised wallet ledgers.
