Security
API keys encrypted with Laravel Crypt + AES-256-CBC. Stored under encrypted_api_key column; never logged, never sent to RichAutomate analytics. Per-tenant access — your key cannot be seen by other tenants or RichAutomate ops. Rotate or delete anytime. Validation log shows last-checked timestamp + status.

AI feature bundle (BYOK + AI Chatbot + AI Pathway + Knowledge Base): ₹2,000/month per tenant on RichAutomate. You pay your provider their published rate, direct. No markup, no per-conversation tax.
