What if I am not selected?+
You will hear back within 7 business days either way. If not selected, we will tell you exactly why (e.g. stage, vertical fit, current volume) and you keep access to the standard ₹2,000/month plan and the 14-day free trial. There is no penalty and no consolation upsell.
Is this actually lifetime?+
Yes. Selected founders sign a Founders Club agreement that grants lifetime ₹0 RichAutomate platform fee for the tenant created during the cohort, transferable on entity change but not resaleable. The Meta WhatsApp conversation rates always pass through at cost — we are not promising free messaging, only the platform layer.
What is the catch?+
Three explicit commitments: 1) attend at least one Thursday group call per month for the first six months, 2) share anonymised performance numbers with the cohort, 3) be a public case study or testimonial after 90 days if your numbers warrant it. That is it. No equity, no exclusivity clause, no auto-renewals.
When do you announce selections?+
Rolling. We review applications weekly and aim to close all 50 spots by 30 June 2026. Earlier applications are advantaged because we balance the cohort across the five personas — once a persona is full, that bar moves up.
Can I refer a founder?+
Yes. After you submit your application, the success state shows a referral link. If a referred founder is selected, you both get an extra month of full Slack support escalation included — applies whether you are selected or not.
What if I am already a RichAutomate customer?+
Existing customers are welcome to apply. If selected, your current tenant migrates to Founders Club pricing from the following billing cycle and we credit back the most recent month of platform fee — no separate signup, no migration downtime.
