We use the official Meta India conversation-based rate card effective FY26 (₹0.8631 per marketing message, ₹0.115 per utility and authentication message, ₹0 for service messages inside the 24-hour customer service window). BSP platform fees and per-message markups are taken from each vendor’s public India pricing pages as of May 2026.
Whenever a customer messages your business, Meta opens a free 24-hour service window during which you can reply with any non-template (free-form) message at ₹0 per message. After 24 hours you must use a template — marketing, utility or authentication — and Meta charges the corresponding category rate. The calculator assumes all replies inside the service window are free.
