Refund Policy
Last updated: 25 April 2026
1. Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups credit your account with a balance used for per-message charges. Top-up amounts are non-refundable once messages have been dispatched against the credit. Unused wallet balance may be refunded on account closure subject to a verification process and applicable processing or payment-gateway fees deducted by Razorpay.
2. Per-message charges
Charges for messages delivered through Meta Cloud API are non-refundable once Meta has confirmed delivery (status: sent, delivered, or read). For messages that fail with delivery status failed due to recipient unreachability, RichAutomate will automatically refund the corresponding wallet credit within 24 hours via the platform's idempotent billing reconciliation.
3. Subscription or platform fees
If your plan includes a recurring platform fee, refund is available on a pro-rata basis only when the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the renewal date and no significant platform usage has occurred during that period. Beyond the 7-day window, recurring fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
4. Disputed charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with the transaction reference. We investigate and respond within 7 business days. Approved corrections are credited back to your wallet or refunded to the original payment method, at our discretion.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method. Bank credit timelines vary: typically 5–10 business days for credit cards and 2–5 business days for UPI and net banking. RichAutomate is not liable for delays caused by your bank or Razorpay's payment-gateway processing.
6. Service-credit alternatives
In some cases we may offer a service credit (additional wallet balance) instead of a cash refund. Acceptance of service credit is at your option; you may decline and request a cash refund where this Refund Policy permits.
7. Force majeure
RichAutomate is not liable for refunds where service disruption is caused by Meta Cloud API outages, Razorpay outages, telecom regulatory action, or other force-majeure events outside our reasonable control. We will notify customers and pursue good-faith resolution where applicable.
