RichAutomate charges a plan from $9 per month plus $0.002 per message you send and $0.004 per 24-hour conversation window you open, taken from your RichAutomate wallet in US dollars.

Yes. Outside India we only offer Client Pay, so Meta bills your business directly. You add a card to your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Manager. Meta sends its own invoice for message charges.
RichAutomate plans and wallet top-ups for workspaces outside India are billed in US dollars, with a $10 minimum top-up. Meta bills you in the currency of your Meta payment account.
Since 1 October 2026 Meta gives each business number 1,000 free service replies a month inside the 24-hour customer window, then charges its utility rate. RichAutomate's $0.002 per-message fee applies to every message you send.
