Why we built RichAutomate
The Indian WhatsApp Business Solution Provider market in 2025 had two recurring patterns: opaque per-message markups hidden behind monthly subscriptions, and one-size-fits-all billing that forced every brand to either hold a Meta credit card or accept inclusive pricing they could not negotiate. Neither served high-volume fintechs, neither served bootstrapped D2C brands, neither served marketing agencies reselling to clients.
RichAutomate is the platform we built to solve the gap. Zero monthly subscription floor on Client Pay. Optional inclusive SaaS Pay for teams without a Meta credit card. Multi-tenant from day one. Full public REST API for engineering teams. The same Meta Cloud API every BSP uses, wrapped in software that respects how Indian D2C actually works.

Full-screen in-WhatsApp forms with Flow JSON v7.1, encrypted endpoint_uri webhook, and form-grade 60–85% completion rates.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Application-layer tenant scoping on every domain table. Sanctum tokens, webhook signature verification, audit logs, tenant-scoped API keys.
Developer API
Public REST API for send-template, send-campaign, send-message, create-contact, conversations, messages. Key-gated, documented.
