Editorial Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This policy governs everything published under the RichAutomate name — blog articles, comparison and alternatives pages, pricing guides, calculators, and industry playbooks. Our audience is business operators making real purchasing and compliance decisions about WhatsApp Business API platforms in India, so every page we publish is held to the standards below.

2. Content standards

  • Accuracy first. Every factual claim — pricing figures, feature availability, regulatory requirements, Meta platform policies — must be traceable to a verifiable source at the time of publication.
  • Practical usefulness. Articles must help a reader make a decision or complete a task. We do not publish thin content written solely to rank in search engines.
  • Clear dating. Articles carry a visible publication date, and the underlying page metadata carries a modification date when content is materially updated.
  • No fabricated data. We never invent statistics, customer counts, testimonials, or benchmark numbers. Where figures are estimates or modelled scenarios, they are labelled as such.
  • Compliance caution. Content touching Indian regulation (DPDP Act, RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, GST) describes obligations in general terms and is not legal advice; we state this where relevant.

3. How pricing data is verified

Pricing is the highest-stakes data we publish, so it follows a stricter process:

  • Primary sources only. Vendor pricing is taken from the vendor’s own published pricing pages and public documentation — never from third-party summaries or hearsay.
  • Meta rate card. WhatsApp conversation and per-message charges are taken from Meta’s published rate card for India, which applies identically across all Business Solution Providers.
  • Periodic re-verification. Pricing figures in comparison pages and cost guides are re-checked against the source pages on a recurring schedule and whenever a vendor announces a pricing change we become aware of.
  • Point-in-time framing. Where a vendor’s pricing is usage-dependent, negotiable, or shown only on request, we say so rather than presenting a single number as universal.

The full comparison criteria and scoring approach are documented on our Methodology page.

4. Corrections policy

We correct errors quickly and transparently:

  • If you spot an inaccuracy — a stale price, a wrong feature claim, a broken comparison — email [email protected] with the page URL and the issue.
  • Reported factual errors are reviewed and, where confirmed, corrected on the live page promptly — typically within a few business days of verification.
  • Material corrections (anything that could change a reader’s decision) update the page’s modification date. Minor fixes such as typos are corrected silently.
  • Vendors named in our comparisons are welcome to submit corrections through the same channel; we verify against their published sources before updating.

5. AI-assistance disclosure

We use AI tools as part of our editorial workflow. Drafts of our articles may be AI-assisted — for research synthesis, structuring, and first-pass writing. Every article is then reviewed and fact-checked by the RichAutomate editorial team before publication: claims are checked against primary sources, pricing is verified as described above, and content that cannot be verified is removed. Responsibility for everything published rests with the editorial team, not with any tool used in production.

6. Independence

RichAutomate is itself a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, and our content includes comparisons in which we appear. We manage that conflict openly:

  • Comparison verdicts are based on published pricing and documented features — the same evidence standard applied to us and to every competitor.
  • We do not misstate competitor pricing or capabilities to make ourselves look better; competitor figures link back to or reference the competitor’s own published sources.
  • Where a competitor is genuinely the better fit for a use case, we say so.
  • We do not accept payment from third parties for rankings, reviews, or placement in our comparison content.
