Documentation

Everything you need to run WhatsApp for your business on RichAutomate — from connecting your number to automating conversations and integrating the API.

Get started

Create your account, connect a WhatsApp number, and send your first message — about 15 minutes end to end.

Messaging

Session messages vs templates, the 24-hour customer-service window, and bulk campaigns with CSV upload.

Chatbot flows

Build no-code automations on the visual flow canvas: triggers, conditions, delays, and handover to a human.

Developer API

REST API with Bearer-token auth. Send templates, trigger campaigns, and manage contacts from your own stack.

No platform fee

RichAutomate has no setup fee and no monthly platform fee — you only pay per message. A 14-day free trial with 100 credits starts the moment you sign up, so you can complete this entire documentation hands-on before paying anything.
