Questions before you book
Is the demo free, and is there any pricing pressure on the call?+
Yes — completely free, and there is no card requirement, no pricing-page paywall, and no contract on the call. Pricing is shared transparently afterwards over WhatsApp / email if you ask. The 15 minutes are spent on your setup, not on closing you.
Will the demo be recorded? Can I share it with my team?+
We do not record by default to keep the conversation candid. If you specifically want a recording for an internal stakeholder, ask at the start of the call and we will record locally and email the file within 24 hours. We do not publish demo recordings externally.
What is the no-show policy if I miss the slot?+
No penalty. If you miss the slot, just reply on the same WhatsApp thread and we will offer two fresh slots within 48 hours. We only ask that you tell us in advance if you can — the calendar is tight because the demo is founder-led.
Do I need to install anything or set up a WhatsApp Business account before the call?+
No setup is required upfront. The demo runs on a sandbox WhatsApp Business number that we control, so you watch the full flow on your own phone without committing your number. If you already have a WABA, even better — we can run the demo against your sandbox during the call.
What happens after the demo if we want to move ahead?+
Within 2 working hours you receive a short summary on WhatsApp: the gaps we spotted, the migration plan if you are on another BSP, and indicative pricing for your message volume. There is no auto-enrolment — you move forward only by replying with an explicit yes.
Is this demo available outside India?+
