Meta uses a per-message (conversation-based) pricing model where the rate depends on the recipient’s country and the message category — marketing, utility or authentication. India is billed in INR (for example marketing ₹0.8631, utility and authentication ₹0.115 per message), while other markets are billed in USD. Replies sent inside the 24-hour customer service window are free in every country. This calculator multiplies the per-country, per-category rate by your monthly volume.
The India rates are Meta’s published per-message INR rates under the conversation-based model. The rates shown for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and "Other" are indicative USD figures from Meta’s public rate cards, labelled "indicative, as of June 2026". Meta updates rate cards periodically, so use the email breakdown for a current, market-specific quote before committing budget.
