When and how are payouts processed?
Payouts run on the 7th of every month (or the next business day) via Razorpay to a verified Indian bank account or UPI ID. Affiliate ₹500/signup payouts trigger once the referred SMB completes their first paid month. Reseller 30% MRR pays out for every active paid month — for the lifetime of the account, as long as you remain an active partner.
What is the attribution window for referrals?
Affiliate referrals use a 90-day last-touch attribution cookie plus deterministic UTM tracking. Reseller referrals use account-level attribution — once an SMB signs up under your reseller link or is added to your workspace, every paid month they generate is attributed to you for the lifetime of that account, irrespective of cookies.
Where can I read the partner Terms of Service?
The full Partner Terms live at richautomate.in/terms, with a partner-specific addendum sent during onboarding covering payout calculation, clawback for chargebacks/refunds, DPDP data-processor responsibilities, and termination clauses. We do not require exclusivity — you can partner with other BSPs simultaneously.
Do I need a registered Indian business to apply?
For the Affiliate tier you only need a verified Indian bank account, UPI ID, and PAN. For Reseller and Solution Partner tiers we require a registered Indian business entity (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Proprietorship with GST, or Partnership) to issue GST-compliant invoices and execute the partner agreement.
Can I white-label RichAutomate for my agency clients?
Yes — the Solution Partner tier ships a fully white-label dashboard. You bring your domain, logo, brand palette, and custom subdomain (e.g. clients.youragency.in). Each end-client lives in an isolated tenant with its own DPDP / RBI / IRDAI posture. The underlying Meta Cloud API connection sits on your Meta Business Manager.
How long until my first payout?
Typical timeline: apply day 0 → onboarded day 1–2 → first SMB referred day 3–7 → SMB completes paid month day 30–37 → payout settles 7th of the following month. So most active partners receive their first Razorpay payout within 45–60 days of application.
