The credits a plan gives depend on your billing model. The headline figure is the Client Pay bundle; on SaaS Pay the plan credits the smaller figure shown under it, because your per-message price already covers Meta's charge on a single GST-inclusive invoice. The features are identical either way — only the billing changes. Each paid month adds those credits to your wallet, every message is charged from that balance at standard per-message rates, and you can top up any time. All plan prices are GST-inclusive in INR. What do the RichAutomate plans cost?+

Each plan also credits monthly message credits to your wallet: Starter 499 credits / month, Pro 999 credits / month, White-label 1,399 credits / month on Client Pay.

Is RichAutomate free to start?+

14-day free trial with full feature access, no card required. ₹0 setup and ₹0 platform floor. 100 free credits on signup. After the trial, you choose Client Pay (₹0.10/msg platform fee, Meta bills you direct) or SaaS Pay (inclusive INR rate, we manage Meta billing).

How does Client Pay work?+

You connect your own Meta credit card to your WhatsApp Business Account. Meta bills you directly at their published per-message rates (₹0.8631 marketing, ₹0.13 utility/auth on India 2026 rates). RichAutomate adds a flat ₹0.10/msg platform fee. Cheapest unit cost. Two invoices: Meta + RichAutomate.

How does SaaS Pay work?+

RichAutomate manages the Meta billing for you. No Meta card required. You top up an INR wallet on the platform, we deduct an inclusive rate per message — ₹1.50 marketing, ₹0.50 utility/auth. Single GST invoice in INR each month. Predictable + simple.

Can I switch between Client Pay and SaaS Pay?+

Yes — switching takes about 3 days with zero downtime. Templates, flows, contacts, quality rating stay with you. Toggle is in tenant settings. Agencies can run both simultaneously per client (Client A on Client Pay, Client B on SaaS Pay).

Can I add extra numbers or seats without upgrading?+

Yes. Extra WhatsApp number ₹399/mo, extra team member ₹199/seat/mo, green-tick fast-track ₹2,999 one-time, priority support & onboarding ₹1,499/mo (already included on White-label and Custom). Does RichAutomate charge a monthly subscription floor?+

No. ₹0 minimum subscription if you stay pay-as-you-go on either billing model. Monthly plans are optional — you only pay per message + platform fee on Client Pay, or per inclusive message on SaaS Pay. Many BSPs charge ₹2,500–₹12,000/month minimum — we don't.
