Background
Ashok founded RichAutomate after watching Indian businesses get quoted in dollars for a channel their customers use in rupees. Most WhatsApp platforms sold in India layer a per-message platform fee on top of Meta's own conversation charge, then bury it in a monthly plan. RichAutomate was built to remove that layer: businesses can run on their own Meta account and pay Meta directly, or take all-inclusive INR pricing with nothing hidden underneath it.
