How does Client Pay work?+
You connect your own Meta credit card to your WhatsApp Business Account. Meta bills you directly at their published per-message rates (₹0.8631 marketing, ₹0.115 utility/auth on India 2026 rates). RichAutomate adds a flat ₹0.10/msg platform fee. Cheapest unit cost. Two invoices: Meta + RichAutomate.
How does SaaS Pay work?+
RichAutomate manages the Meta billing for you. No Meta card required. You top up an INR wallet on the platform, we deduct an inclusive rate per message — ₹1.20 marketing, ₹0.30 utility/auth on India 2026 rates. Single GST invoice in INR each month. Predictable + simple.
Can I switch between Client Pay and SaaS Pay?+
Yes — switching takes about 3 days with zero downtime. Templates, flows, contacts, quality rating stay with you. Toggle is in tenant settings. Agencies can run both simultaneously per client (Client A on Client Pay, Client B on SaaS Pay).
Does RichAutomate charge a monthly subscription floor?+
